Ingredients: 1/2 Italian red bell pepper, finely diced; 1/2 Italian green bell pepper, finely diced; 1/4 onion, finely diced; 1/2 bag tortilla chips (about 7 oz or 200 grams); Cheddar cheese (as much as you like; I used Emmental); 3 1/2 oz bacon, finely chopped (about 100 grams)

1/2Italian green bell pepper, finely diced
1/4onion, finely diced
1/2 bagtortilla chips (about 7 oz or 200 grams)
Cheddar cheese (as much as you like; I used Emmental)
3 1/2 ozbacon, finely chopped (about 100 grams)

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes.

Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a large, flat plate.

Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the chips.

Scatter the peppers, bacon, and onion on top.
