Chicken heart kebabs with peanut satay dip

Clean and prep your chicken hearts. See how to here:

Skewer all the hearts and set aside whilst the grill heats up.

Heat your grill or BBQ to piping hot and place the kebabs on. Add a little knob of butter on top and allow to cool.

Cook for 2-3 minutes before turning over. Continue to cook turning to make sure it's browned all over but still tender.

Prepare the dipping sauce. Place your vinegar and sugar in a small pot and heat to dissolve the sugar. Remove from the heat and combine in a bowl with peanut butter. When ready to serve add a sprinkle of sesame seeds (optional)
If you want a thinner sauce add some boiling water from the kettle if needed.
