Steps

Grind dry Rava (semolina) in a grinder and place it in a mixing bowl

Grind sugar and add it to the mixing bowl

Blend mango pulp and ghee

Add mango pulp to semolina and sugar mixture add half cup of milk, mix well and keep the mixture covered keep covered for 15 minutes.

Add remaining milk and mix again to adjust the consistency.

Meanwhile keep a Pan to preheat on low flame for ten minutes or preheat oven.

Prepare cake mould with butter paper lining or applying ghee and dusting flour

Lastly add Eno fruit salt and little water to activate the fruit salt, mix lightly and tap the mould to remove air bubbles.

Add some flour to pistachios and mix. Then place the pistachios on top of cake mix to decorate it.

Place the caketin in preheated pan and bake it for 45 to 50 minutes.
Or in oven for 180 Deg. centigrade for 40 min. - 11
Confirm that the cake is done by inserting a clean knife in the middle of the cake. If the cake is fully baked the knife would come out clear.

Mango cake is ready. Let the cake cool down so that it can be easily taken out from the mould without breaking it. Then decorate with mango pieces and serve.
