As the name suggests, Green Gram or Sabut Hari Moong roasted in an oven with a few spices for that perfectly crunchy tea-time snack. These can even be roasted just with Salt alone. The best part is that it can be used in various Chaats and Snack items that are being served at tea-time. These can therefore be put to multipurpose uses and even eaten on their own. Can be stored in airtight containers and used accordingly upto 2 weeks or even more than that if refrigerated. Healthy idea for sure.

Happy Roasting !
Enjoy Cooking with Zeen!

  2. 2

  3. 3

Allow them to bake on 200° for about 60 to 70 minutes or as required.
Sprinkle Lemon juice and serve them piping hot immediately. Or else if you don't intend to serve it immediately, then just store them after they come down to the room temperature. That's it. As simple as that. Yum!

Homemaker by choice and a passionate cook by heart. An aspiring cook who actually never knew anything about Cooking until i became a mother myself. With Motherhood came the responsibilities as well and this was the turning point in my life.I started to learn the ABC's of cooking, taking help from my mother and my MIL. And time just flew. I spread my wings higher and higher. With my love for excellence and innovation, i stepped into a world of homecooks with my exposure to Cookpad one fine day on the social media. And there was no looking back since then and i have not only shared recipes here on this wonderful platform but also have made some lovely friends as well. Today iam successful because of my hard work, dedication and loads of good wishes of my family and my kids in particular.
