Ingredients

35 minutes
serves 4 servin
  • 2 big boiled potatoes
  • 1 cupboiled corn kernels
  • 2 tbspoon garlic and green chilli paste
  • 1 tspoon chilli flakes
  • 1 tspoon garam masala ( optional(
  • As Per TasteSalt
  • 4 tbspoon semolina
  • 4 tbspoon oil
  • 3 tbspoon corn flour

Steps

35 minutes
  1. 1

    Grate boiled potatoes. In mixer jar. Add corn kernels and coarsely blend.

  2. 2

    Add garlic and chilli paste, chilli flakes,garam masala, salt, and corn flour.mix well

  3. 3

    Divide it into small portions. give cutlet shape. Spread semolina on the plate. Roll cutlets in semolina.

  4. 4

    Cover it from all sides. Heat pan put oil and shallow fry cutlets till golden and crispy.
