Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings 🍋🤤

Wash the chicken wings thoroughly. Remove the wing tips with a sharp knife, as they don't have meat, and discard them. Then, cut between the joints. Place the wings in a bowl and add garlic salt, regular salt, and a little black pepper. Don't oversalt them.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the wings in batches. Cook until they are cooked through and golden brown on the outside, but not burnt.

When the wings are done, place them on a tray lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil. Season some of the wings with lemon pepper and toss the rest with Buffalo sauce. They're delicious! You can also make some French fries in the air fryer to serve on the side.
