Presenting a special chutney Recipe passed down from Maa which I relish everytime I cook it and remember her a lot.
Steps

Assemble ingredients, chop Dates and chop Aam Papad

Add water in pan, then add sugar and let sugar fully dissolve

Add dates, Aam papad and cook in medium flame for 3-4 minutes
- 4
Now add raisins, bay leaf, fennel seeds and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add salt also.

Now add roasted masala, mix nicely and switch off flame. Let it cool and then add lemon juice and chopped fruits.

Chutney is ready
