It takes very short time to prepare and so yummy.
It is served with roti or can be taken with bread too.

Steps

Marinade chicken liver with salt + pepper powder and marinade for 10 - 15 minutes.

Assemble ingredients.

In a moderately heated pan add oil, add onion and sauté till pinkish then add ginger garlic green chili and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

Add liver and stir fry for 3-4 minutes.

Add all spices, mix well and stir fry for 2-3 minutes by adding 2 tbsp water.

The liver is fried and Spices leaves oil.

Add chicken stock / warm water, mix well and cook under medium flame for 3-4 minutes.

Water evaporates and the mixture thickens, fry further for 1 minute.

The dish is ready.

Serve with roti/paratha and enjoy.
