For the whipped cream, add two cup of whipped cream,and a little cocoa powder and then 1 spoon of milk with very cold water and beat in the mixer on high speed for 10minutes

Cut the cake into layers and spread the mixture on it, after then,cover the whole cake with the mixture,add your sprinkles, and enjoy with family and friends
