Wash peel and roughly chopped all veggies. Add all in presser cooker with a glass of water add salt and make 4 whistles.
When the presser is gone Let it cool completely. - 2
In a pan add oil and butter add ginger saute add onions saute till light golden colour add tomato puree mix well add all dry spices cook till oil separates.

Add boiled mash green peas mix well add mix veggies puree let it simmer add salt mix well. When it comes to the right countency switch off the gas flame. Add lemon juice.

Heat up tawa spread some butter roast the pav on both sides.
