Ingredients

  • 1 cupred poha(beaten rice)
  • 2potato / aloo (boiled / mashed)
  • 2green chilli (finely chopped)
  • 4garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 tspchilli flakes
  • 1/2 tspcrushed pepper powder
  • 2 tbspcoriander leaves (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/4 cupall-purpose flour
  • 1 tbspcorn flour
  • As Per RequiredOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a small mixi jar add 1 cup poha and blend to a fine powder.

    Take a large bowl add poha powder, potato, chilli, garlic, chilli flakes, pepper, coriander leaves and salt mix it well. Combine well forming a dough.

    Now add all-purpose flour, corn flour and combine well forming a dough.

    Grease hand with oil and pinch a ball sized dough. Roll to a rope thickness making sure it’s uniform throughout.

    Deep fry in hot oil keeping the flame on medium.

    Stir using a stick prevent from damage.

  7. 7

    Fry until golden brown and crisp. Then remove it from oil. Finally enjoy poha fingers with tomato sauce.
