  1. 1.5 kgcarrots
  2. 2 cupssugar
  3. 1/5 cupoil/ghee
  4. 1 glassfull fat milk
  5. 2.5 cupmilk powder
  6. Nuts for garnishing (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Add grated carrots, 1 glass milk and sugar in a pan. Let it cook for 30- 40 mins. Until the carrots are fully soft and milk is dry.

    Add oil and milk powder. Cook for 15 mins.

    Garnish with nuts.
