Evenly press the meat thinly onto the tortilla wraps. Sprinkle with SPG (garlic pepper seasoning salt) and some sweet rib spice mix.

In a hot pan, cook for about 5 minutes.

Flip it onto a plate. In the remaining fat, cook the tomatoes. Finally, glaze with a little soy sauce.

Pile the saucy tomatoes on top of the meat, then roll it up as shown in the tip. Cook both sides until golden brown.

Serve with marinated red onion rings, a charred lemon wedge, fresh cilantro leaves, and Big Mac sauce for dipping.
