Easy Strawberry Cheesecake
Easy cheesecake to whip up in a hurry

Mix together cream cheese and icing sugar to taste.

In a separate bowl crush the digestive biscuits.

Microwave two spoonfuls of butter and add to the biscuits until you have a went sand texture. You may need more melted butter or biscuits, just add a little at a time until you’re happy the biscuit crumbs will stick together when pressed down.

Place your biscuit mix into a cake tin and pack it down using the back of your hand.

Add you’re cream cheese and icing sugar mix on top, decorate however you like with your strawberries and refrigerate for at least half an hour. Enjoy!
