Marinate sauce
1 tablespoonsoy sauce
1 tablespoonSake or water
1 teaspoongrated garlic
Beef fried rice
1big bowl cooked rice
1small can corn
1 cupchopped green onion
1 tablespoonsoy sauce
1 teaspoongrated garlic
1/2 teaspoonpepper
20 gbutter
lettuce

Steps

Marinate with soy sauce sauce mixture for 15 minutes.

Cut green onion. Place beef and rice like this photo.

Put corn, green onion and butter. Set the pan on fire on the table.

Fry beef first and mix with rice. Sprinkle soy garlic sauce.

Sprinkle much pepper to taste.

Make fried egg and put them on rice.
