Ingredients

2-4 servings
  1. 2-3# Porterhouse Steak
  2. 2 TspOnion Powder
  3. 2 TspGarlic Powder
  4. 1 TspCoarse Pepper
  5. 2 TbsExtra Virgin Olive Oil
  6. BunchesRosemary and Sage and butcher's twine
  7. 4 Tbsmelted unsalted butter

Cooking Instructions

    Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl.

    Brush the steak all over with olive oil, and rub the steak with the dry rub.

  3. 3

    Grill the steak at 450-550 degrees, cook 4-6 minutes a side, until the steak reaches your desired internal temp (we aim for 125-130 degrees for medium)

    After the first meat flip, baste the steak by dipping the herb brush in the melted butter, and brushing the butter on the steak.

    Let the steak rest for 5-10 minutes under foil before serving.
