Take chopped onions in a pan and cook them until they become brown and after when they will come ground at ginger garlic paste

When ginger garlic paste and onion becomes brown at Tomato Puri or crust tomato in it and heat until it leaves out water

Then add all the spices including turmeric salt red chilli green chilli and garam masala in the ginger garlic tomato paste

Potatoes and fresh and freshly guard and potatoes add in it and add water tooo,close the lid of the pan

After 15minutes,switch off the gas and add chopped coriander if available and serve the dish with curd and chappati.
