Take the semolina in wok to roast for 5 minutes.

Then take out in a plate then put oil in wok and add curry leaves,rai and both the lentils.

Then add all the vegetables and cover it to be half cooked, then add semolina also and water as required.saute till it soaked the water. Ready to serve and garnish it with coriander leaves. You can add more vegetables if you like.
