Steps

Take one cup of cold whipping cream and blend it using a blender for 4 minutes in high flame.keep it inside fridge and take it out after 10 min and repeat the blending process until it thickens.add cream cheese to it and mix well using a Spatula.keep it inside the fridge

In a pan boil milk and add the custard powder (mixed in water) slowly and bring to boil add 6 tsp sugar and mix well and keep aside.

In a bowl pour half the amount of custard and above that place the bread pieces again pour the remaining mixture and keep it aside.

In a frying pan caramelize the sugar and add the pineapple pieces and mix well.

Place the caramelized pineapple over the pudding mixture.above that spread the whipping cream mixture and decorate with cherries.
