Pre-heat the MW to 180 deg C, take a baking tin of any shape and place parchment paper, grease and set aside

In a bowl add oil, curd, milk, powdered sugar, and vanilla essence and whisk well, place a strainer on it and add Refined flour, milk powder, salt, and strain, whisk well adding milk gradually to prepare the batter

Divide the batter into two bowls equally and add cocoa powder in one, add baking soda to both bowls and baking powder to both bowls, whisk well adding little milk, batter is ready

Pour the chocolate batter first into the prepared baking tin and vanilla batter then and keep adding alternatively until the batter is done, tap the baking tin and add to the MW to bake for 25 mins

Check doneness with a toothpick and set aside to cool completely covered.

Once in room temperature cut a slice and enjoy 😊
