Ingredients

  • 12-15Idli
  • as requiredOil
  • 2tomatoes roughly chopped
  • 3-4 tspSchezwan Sauce
  • as requiredSalt per taste
  • 1/2 tspRed Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tspGaram Masala Powder
  • as requiredGarlic Chutney

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil in a kadai, add chopped idlis and toss it.

    Now add Schezwan Sauce,add salt per taste, now add res chilli powder.

    In this point of time add Garam Masala Powder now add 50 ml water and cook till the water dries

    Now when the water dries add chopped Corriender and mix well and serve hot
