Steps

Cook chicken breasts (I baked mine).

While chicken is cooking, combine butter, mushrooms, Italian herbs, pepper and broth, in a pan and simmer until mushrooms are soft.

Add Whipping Cream and stir

When chicken is done, cut into bite size pieces and add to mixture

Wisk together corn starch and water, then add to mixture and continue to simmer for approx 10 minutes or until sauce thickens.

Time to eat! Maybe try it over rice or pasta!
