Make the Uttapam batter with mash dal and rice and methi seeds. Chop onion, tomato, green coriander, and green chili.

Spread the dosa batter on the hot pan. Add the chopped onions, tomato, and rest ingredients. Cover and cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes by adding ghee to both sides of Uttapam.
