Ingredients

  • 2-3 cupsdosa batter
  • 1/2-3/4 cupfinely chopped onion
  • 1/2-3/4 cupchopped tomatoes
  • 1-2green chilli chopped
  • 1-2 Tbspchopped green coriander leaves
  • As RequiredButter or Ghee or Oil
  • As RequiredPao bhaji masala
  • As RequiredTomato chutney

    Make the Uttapam batter with mash dal and rice and methi seeds. Chop onion, tomato, green coriander, and green chili.

    Spread the dosa batter on the hot pan. Add the chopped onions, tomato, and rest ingredients. Cover and cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes by adding ghee to both sides of Uttapam.

    Add tomato chutney to the Uttapam and spread. Sprinkle Pao-bhaji masala.

    Cook both sides of the Onions and Tomato Uttapam on low heat. Serve the delicious Uttapam of Onion and Tomato for Maharashtra.
