  • 100 gAP or bread flour
  • 1 gbaking powder
  • 20 gsugar
  • 3 gsalt
  • 100 gheavy cream or 80g half and half

    Mix all ingredients together

  2. 2

    Shape to desired shapes. Can make up to 9 scones.

  3. 3

    Bake at 350F or 180C for 12-15 mins. Can be made in airfryer or toaster oven.
