Mandi biryani masala-
Grind coriander seed, cumin seed, black pepper, cloves, cardamon, black cardamon, and cinnamon stick & make a fine powder - 2
Marinate mutton with mandi biryani masala, ginger garlic paste, saffron water, green chilli paste, lemon juice & salt fr at least 1 hr

Heat oil in a pressure cooker add whole garam masala, onion saute till onion turn pinkish in colour

Add marinated mutton, tomato, green chilli, and Maggi cube and mix well. Cover the lid till the mutton cooked well.

Remove mutton pieces in a bowl & gravy in a vessel. Add rice in a gravy & a cup of water & salt high the flame stir well then low the flame till rice is cooked well

In a pan add oil to fry the almond & cashew and remove them from the plate. In the same oil shallow fry the mutton pieces. Place mutton pieces, and dry fruits on rice & give coal bagaar. Serve hot with raita
