Maharashtrian Style Moog Usal. (Dry)

If you take dry whole moong then wash and soak them for overnight or 5-6 hours then boiled don't make them mushy.

Heat up oil in a pan add chopped onions chopped green chilli saute till onions turns soft add ginger garlic paste saute add chopped or puree of tomato sauteed curry leaves add all dry spices powder mix all well

Now add a little 1-2 teaspoon water mix well add Moog mix well cover with lid for 4-5 min. Open lid check the countency of the gravy if you want dry reduce the water. Sprinkle green coriander leaves.

Serve with chapati fulka
