Ingredients

30 minutes
2 people
  • 200 gmgreen moong
  • 1potato boiled
  • 1onion chopped cut
  • 6garlic cloves chopped cut
  • 2tomatoes chopped cut
  • as per requirementOil
  • as per requirementSalt to taste
  • 1/2 tspRed chili powder
  • few sprigsCoriander
  • as requiredWater

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and boiled this moong and pototoes.
    Peel this pototoes and cut in to cube pcs.

  2. 2

    Take a pan add oil in it. Add garlic in it when garlic is golden brown and onions and mix it will when onions is golden brown and tomatoes in IT mix it will at salt mix it.

  3. 3

    When tomatoes get soft and red chilli powder turmeric powder green coriander leaves and add potatoes and moong mix it well add half cup water mix it well boiled it and cook for 5 minute in medium slow flame.

    Serve with roti.
