In a bowl,add butter,egg,white sugar,brown sugar,flavor and whisk until creamy.

Add flour and baking soda,mix to form a soft sticky dough.

Add raisin and chopped ground nut,cover and refrigerate for 30mints.

Your dough will be a bit stiff.Scoop with a spoon and mold in to a flat circle.

Arrange on a baking tray and bake for 7-10mints.

Let it cool,then you serve.
