In bowl, pour rice and soak 10 minutes, first wash rice, add bay leaf, cloves, black pepper, 1/2 tsp salt, mix and boil.

After that, remove excess water, pour 2 tbsp oil, add all vegetables, stir continuously till it turns soft.

Add boiled rice, add 1/2tsp black pepper powder, 1/2tsp garam masala, salt (if required)
