In a pan add Khoya and on low flame roast for 1 min, add chopped pistachios, chopped almonds, chopped raisins, cardamom powder, stir well for 2 mins, set aside and add powdered sugar, mix and filling is ready

Take 6 Motichoor Laddoos and break them, make balls from filling and stuff into the Motichoor Laddoos, fold them well on all sides and roll them in your palm so they are tight

Refrigerate them for 1 hr

Take white chocolate and melt in the MW for 30 seconds

Roll the stuffed Motichoor Laddoos into the white melted chocolate with two spoons carefully and garnish with more chopped dry fruits of almonds and pistachios. Refrigerate for 30 mins or until you serve
