Blanch cabbage leaves for 2-3 minutes, drain and set aside

In a pot add passata 1 garlic clove chopped,1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp parsley salt and pepper, set aside

In a large bowl add,beef,garlic, onions, cauliflower rice parsley,paprika egg water,salt and pepper

In oven proof dish add half of passata
- 5
Fill cabbage leaves with beef mixture about a tablespoons amout,carefully roll up and place on sauce

Continue until all beef and cabbage are used

Top with remaining passata and then cheese

Bake cover for 30 minutes covered then a further 10 minutes

Remove carefully....and enjoy
