Steps

Prepare dough of all colours using ingredients accordingly.

For stuffing add all ingredients in a bowl and add sugar and salt while making to avoid moister.

Now take a small ball of white coloured dough roll it to a small puree size fill the stuffing and give momo shape. Prepare green momos using green dough and saffron-coloured momo with saffron colour dough.

Heat steamer and steam momos for 5-7min and serve with chutney.
