  • 1peach
  • 1nectarine
  • 1 spoonhoney
  • Cassonade

  1. 1

    Slice the fruits. Put in a dish

  2. 2

    Add 1 spoon of honey. Leave to macerate for 15 min.

    Cook for 30 min in a preheated over at 180°C

    Let cool a bit

  5. 5

    Sprinkle with brown sugar. Burnett the top with a kitchen torch. You can add a little bit of vanilla ice cream.
