Ingredients

  • 250 gmsPaneer
  • 2 cupChopped onions
  • 1 cupChopped Tomato
  • 2 spoonsCoriander leaves
  • As Per TasteSalt to taste
  • 3 spoonsghee
  • 1/2 teaspoonCumin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  • 1 pinchHing
  • 2 spoonsChopped chilli
  • 1/2 cupmilk

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    In a heavy bottom pan heat oil add cumin seeds and hing.

    Then add green chilli and onions and saute for 5 minutes.

    Now add tomato and all spices
    Cover and cook few minutes.

    And crumble Panner and garam masala mix well and cook for 5 minutes.

    Add coriander leaves and mix.
    Ready for paneer bhurji serve roti, paratha.
