Hot chocolate is not only a favourite of children but, adults also like it. Hot chocolate is easy to make and easily made from ingredients which are easily available at home.

500 Mlfull fat milk
1/4 cupSugar
1/4 cupCream
2 TbspCocoa powder
1 TspVanilla essence
1small piece of cinnamon
1 pinchSalt
1/4 cupChopped dark chocolate
1 Tbspgrated white chocolate

Take milk in a thick bottomed vessel and add cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla essence, cream and a piece of cinnamon to it and mix everything well.

Now turn on the gas flame and let the milk boil a little. Then add a pinch of salt and chopped dark chocolate and mix everything well. Allow the milk to boil until the chocolate melts.

So hot chocolate will be ready to serve. While serving, sprinkle some grated white chocolate.
