Assemble Major ingredients

Now,cut open Jollof mix into a bowl, dilute with lil water, set aside

Heat up oil,reduce flame,saute onions till tender a bit,add Jollof mix, stirfry for 2mins

Add ginger juice,1Cup of water,, Curry, onga stew Seasoning,pepper,bring to boil

Meanwhile,wash rice and drain

When it boils,add rice and reduce flame,cover to cook

Meanwhile,debone panla fish,rinse and drain

Before water dries up,check to adjust with salt and any seasoning of choice

When water dries up,add lil water in a circular motion,add carrot,cover to cook,check for doneness and seasoning before you remove from heat,you may still add lil more water to get a soft rice as desired

Once it 98% done and soft,add green bell pepper

Don't cover at this stage

Remove from heat

Now add oil to a frying pan,heat it up,add fish,fry till crispy
