Potol or Parwal is a very unique ingredient to make varied dishes. This Bora or Pakore is to die for as a street food. Goes best on its own or with any beverage like Tea or Coffee
Steps

Wash and peel the Potol or Parwals. Make a slit, and discard the seeds.

In a bowl add boiled potatoes, mash, add chopped green chilies, chopped ginger, chopped coriander leaves, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, and salt and mix well.

Add the filling inside the Potol or Parwal.

In a bowl add Gram flour or Besan, rice flour, red chili powder, roasted cumin powder, salt, oil, and little water to make a thick batter.

Add the Stuffed Potol to the batter.

In a wok heat adequate oil and add the Potol, on medium flame fry for 2-3 mins on each side until golden in colour, and set aside on a kitchen towel.

Plate and enjoy a ideal Street food
