📝Make a paste of 1tsp cumin seeds, 1tsp coriander seeds, 1tbsp black peppercorns, 3tbsp yellow mustard seeds, 4-5garlic cloves, 1tsp turmeric powder, 1tsp red chili powder, 1tsp coriander powder, salt

📝Heat 2tbsp mustard oil. Add chopped drumsticks and potatoes, lightly fry and keep aside.

📝Now, add 1tsp fenugreek seeds, and 1tsp mustard seeds to the oil. Add the paste and cook well for 5 minutes.

📝Add chopped tomatoes. Mix, add potatoes and drumsticks. Cook until it releases oil.

📝Add water, cover, and cook until the vegetables become tender.

📝Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
