2 pots
  • 500 grcleaned strawberries
  • 1big pear
  • 2 tblemon juice
  • 600 grjam sugar

  1. 1

    Peel and cut pear into small pieces. Half the strawberries.

  2. 2

    Put on lemonjuice and sugar.
    Rest for at least 1 hour.

  3. 3

    Boil in a thick bottom pan for about 8 min.
    Put into sterilised jars.
