Soyabean chunks Pakoda

To make Soya Chunks Pakoda, first, take 2 cups of Soya chunks. Now, place a pan on flame, add 2 cups of water, and boil. When the water starts boiling, add all the soya chunks to the water and cook for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes, turn off the flame, drain the water, and let it cool. Now gently squeeze all Soya chunks and remove the excess water.
Now take a chopper of grinding jar and add green chili, add ginger, add garlic cloves, and chop coarse everything. - 2
Now, add the chopped paste to the soya chunks. Now add Kashmiri red chili, add coriander powder, add turmeric powder, add garam masala, add salt, add chaat masala, and add coriander seeds. Now add 3 tbsp of thick curd, 3 tbsp of corn starch, 3 tbsp of all-purpose flour, and add some fresh chopped green coriander. Now mix everything well and coat on all sides.
Now add 1 pinch of red food colour and mix well. Now, place a pan on flame and add oil for deep frying and heat. - 3
After the oil turns hot, add coated soya chunks into the oil one by one on medium flame. Now rotate with a spoon and fry until crisp and golden. Now transfer all soya Chunks Pakoda into a Plate.soybean pakoda is ready to serve with chutney.
