Ingredients

  • 2macherel fillet
  • slicesSome ginger
  • Some spring onion
  • 1 tsplight soy sauce
  • 1little water

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut fish and fry in oil.

  2. 2

    After frying put aside fish, then stir fry ginger and spring onion.

  3. 3

    Pour soy sauce and just a little water. Simmer a minute then remove.

I believe it's spelled mackerel, but however, it's your dish and you can spell it any way you wish.. carry on .
