Steps

Take a big bowl and soak the crushed soyaChunks and remove the extra water with the help of hand and take out it In another bowl.

Chopped the cabbage 🥬🥬 and onion 🧅.

Take a kadhai and add oil and add cumin seeds, chopped onion,green chilli, cabbage and add all the spices.

And mix and cook it for 5 mins and the stuffing of momos is ready.

Take a bowl and add maida salt as per taste, mustard seeds and 3 spoon refined oil and make a dough.
And rest it for 30 mins. - 6
After 30 mins,
Take a small ball from the dough and roll it with help of rolling pin and put the stuffing on it. - 7
Give a shape of momo with the help of hand.
Make a oval shape momo. - 8
Take a kadhai and add some refined oil and golden fry the momos on medium flame.

And the momos is ready.
Serve it in a beautiful plate and enjoy it.
