I make this for my dad every year at Christmas. He says I make the best fudge! I am making this for a treat to give my daughters teachers. It’s quick, easy and soooo good!
Steps
- 1
Prepare a glass dish with parchment paper.
Then Mix chocolate chips, condensed milk and salt in a saucepan over medium heat. Stirring non stop until the chocolate chips are melted.
- 2
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
- 3
Pour the fudge on the parchment paper evenly, as best you can and let sit in pan. I put it in the fridge to harden.
- 4
When hard, pull out of the pan, tear off parchment and cut into small squares or chunks that can be easily picked up and eaten.
