Doodh poha is traditional dessert prepared and relished during Sharad Purnima/ Kajari Poonam occasion.

Steps

Rinse poha 2 times in water and keep aside.

In thick bottom cooking pan add heat milk, mishri and hand crushed saffron. Bring it to boil.(Taste if needed add more mishri)

Add soaked poha and cook by stirring constantly till mixture thickened and poha is tender. Add cardamoms powder and mix well.

Pour it in serving bowl. Cool for 2 minutes. Garnish with chopped Almond flakes.

Serve /Relish Delicious Nutritious Warm Instant Doodh Poha on occasion of Sharad Purnima.
