Steps

Take a bowl add salt and hot water in it mix well to make a dough. (if needed add 2 tbls more water). Knead it for 10 minutes then cover and rest for 1 hour.

Then need again and roll the dough cut into even pieces. Flatten it. Dust with cornflour.

In a chopper add boneless chicken, garlic cloves, capsicum, carrot and cabbage. Add salt in it and chopperized.

Add soya sauce and chilli flakes. Filling is ready.

Flatten the dough pieces. Put them in dumpling mold then add a tbls of filling in it. Press to make dumplings.

Make them all. Then steam them till slightly transparent.

To make dipping sauce, add oil in a pan then add chopped garlic and onions, cook for a minute then add chilli flakes mixed it. Add chilli sauce, vinegar.

Soya sauce and water give a boil at last add sesame seeds and chopped spring onions (green part).

Serve the Chinese dumplings with the tasty sauce. 😋
