This is a thali comprising of 2 sabji's, dal, rice, rotis, salad, pickle and 1 farsan and 1 dessert.
Steps

Peel the peas and the potatoes. Boil the peas and potatoes and keep it aside. Make a paste of ginger garlic and green chillies. The 3 G paste.

Make a paste of onions tomatoes and cashews.

Add the boiled veggies. Mix well. Add little water as required. Add salt

Now in pan heat oil and butter. Add hing and the 3 G paste saute for few minutes till the rawness of the paste goes away.

Add the onions paste. Saute till it cooks well and the oil leaves the side of the pan.

Now add the masalas. Saute the maalas also well. Add salt sugar. Allow the vegetables to dwell with the masalas. Now add kasuri methi powder. Cover and keep it on simmer for 5 minutes.

Once ready spread cream (optional) and garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve with hot rotis, paranthas or puris
