In a pressure cooker add vegetables and one cup of water and cook till vegetables are a bit overcooked.

Blend the cooked vegetables to puree and add the remaining cup of water.

In a pan, add ghee and the pureed mixture, salt, pepper powder, chilli flakes a bit, and give a single boil.

Add lemon juice and garnish with coriander. Perfect soup easing digestion.
