Sourdough Discard Banana Bread
This recipe calls for sourdough discard.
Steps

Mix together coconut oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and banana.

Mix in discard and then add pumpkin spice, salt, and flour, and moringa.

Chop pecans and sprinkle on top. You can also add these directly to the mixture. I sprinkled them on top and then gently stored them into the top of the batter.

Pour mixture into an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper.

Preheat oven to 425 and then bake on 350 for 1 hour.

Let cool for about 10 minutes and enjoy warm!!
