Chickpeas are consumed as protein and in some healthy and innovative version with Whole wheat Bread which is served in our routine meals or lunch boxes 😋
Steps

Wash and soak the Chickpeas overnight
Boil them in pressure cooker by adding salt - 2
Take the pan add oil and Cummins seeds and now stir fry onions and tomatoes one by one add ginger and garlic paste and saute for 2-3 minutes now add salt and all the spices to them

Next, add the boiled Chickpeas and mix them well.

Add some water as required, using less amount water... lastly add Garam masala, and lemon juice and crush some Kasuri methi and coriander leaves.

As we are making the sandwich so the stuffing should be medium not too much gravy.

Now spread the Chickpeas gravy over the bread slices and enjoy the delicious meals ❤️🥪
