Salt & Pepper Spare Ribs
Very easy to do, no hassle, BIG flavours!!!
Steps

Preheat the oven to 150c. In a large mixing bowl, add the spare ribs and half of the salt and pepper seasoning and coat thoroughly. Once coated place them into an oven dish and cover with tinfoil and cook for 2hrs.

15mins before the ribs are done, in a wok over high heat add the peppers and olive oil and begin to fry for 6-8mins until soft, then add the spring onions and cook for a further 3-4mins. Once cooked, take off the heat.

After 2hrs, remove the the tinfoil and turn the heat up to 200c and cook the ribs for 15mins. Once done, place the ribs into the wok and turn the hob on high heat, take 2 tbsp of the remaining salt and pepper seasoning and sprinkle it on the ribs and peppers and spring onions and toss together, cook for 3-4mins and then take off the heat. Serve and enjoy.
